Parking

  • 1.The North Lot immediately adjacent to the theatre building.
  • 2.Street Parking is available along Mamalahoa Hwy (please observe signs).
  • 3.Public Lot located on the mauka (mountain) side, near the green parking sign.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not block driveways or business entrances.

Food & Drink

Our lobby concessions stand opens 45 minutes prior to curtain. We accept cash and credit cards.

  • Beverages: A selection of beer, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water.
  • Snacks: Fresh popcorn, candy, and light refreshments.

* Note: Only bottled water is permitted inside the auditorium seating area for certain productions. Please check signage in the lobby.

Accessibility

The Aloha Theatre is a historic building (est. 1932), but we strive to be accessible to all patrons.

  • Wheelchair Access: Ramps are available for entry into the lobby and auditorium.
  • Accessible Seating: Designated wheelchair spaces are available. Please select these when booking tickets online or contact the box office.
  • Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located in the lobby area.

House Policies

Late Seating

Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager during an appropriate break in the action to minimize disruption.

Electronic Devices

Please silence all cell phones and watches. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited due to copyright laws and safety for the actors.

Tickets & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. However, Flex Passes allow for easy exchanges. If you cannot attend, please contact us 24 hours in advance to release your seats.

Children

We welcome families! However, unless a show is designated "All Ages," we recommend children be at least 5 years old. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
