Tuesday Troupers is a theatre skills class, taught by Jerry Tracy, for 8-12 year olds. Activities involve bodies, voices, and imaginations to help each participant feel confident in front of the class. Dramatic skills such as projection, articulation, and characterization are worked on through exercises, and learning social skills used in group dynamics is an important by-product. The class has a sharing performance at the end of the session, which generally consists of some group scenes, individual work, and a choreographed piece involving the entire class.
