APAC AUDITIONS FOR "ROMEO AND JULIET"

Aloha Performing Arts Company will hold auditions for the title characters
of William Shakespeare's "The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet" on Saturday
January 21, at 6 p.m. at the APAC loft in Kainaliu. This casting call is
for the roles of the star crossed lovers "Romeo" and "Juliet" only.
Auditions for the remainder of the cast will be announced later. The show
will be the final production of APAC's current season, taking the Aloha
Theatre stage in June, with direction by Jerry Tracy.

Auditions will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m., and prospective Romeos and
Juliets are asked to prepare a one to two minute speech from any Shakespeare play. Memorization is not required, but familiarity will be appreciated. Each auditionee must to be prepared to stay for the entire audition session, which will run two hours or less.

The APAC Loft is located in Kainaliu, on the second floor of the building
directly across the street from Paradise Found, above and behind Loke's
Island Memories. Those attending auditions should park on the street or in
the public lot just north of the building. For more information, call the
