Proposed Menu:
For starters we have a variety of our in house baked breads of different flavors with an assortment of fine butter spreads: Herb, Honey, and Garlic. Accompanied by stuffed lettuce wraps and succulent, colorful, fruit kabobs. All presented beautifully as finger foods upon entrance.

These are followed by a live preparation of:

• Butterfly Baked Shrimp topped with a crab mushroom stuffing.
• Lightly Dusted Calamari with Beurre Blanc sauce
• Flambé Filet Mignon sliced and drizzled with a French red wine sauce topped with Julienne Chinese peas and bleu cheese
• Pan Seared Pork with a Shiitake Sauce and small roasted potatoes
• Lemon Grass Coconut Tofu Curry resting gently on pineapple rice
• A melt in your mouth Chocolate Mousse tart
• Tangy Margarita pie
